Durham Student Theatre (DST) is proud to offer the opportunity to volunteer in the local community. Opportunities include teaching theatre and engaging with young and old through the arts. Our partnership with the local community is extremely important to us and we relish the opportunity to engage with our local partners.
Obvioulsy outreach will look very differen ths year. Our usual opportunites in the local community (detailed below) are currenlty on pause but there are other ways of getting involved still! Mnay of our shows often deal with sesitive subjects or raise awareness of topical issues and so partnering with charites and raising awarenss of social medias arethe main order of the day during the pandemic. If your ever want to help out with creating infoamtion packs please get in touch!
