Hello! I’m Kim, your DST President for this year. I’m here to look after all things DST and ensure we keep producing high quality theatre. My members are my main priority so if you need anything please feel free to drop me an email or catch me at a drop in session.
Hi, I’m Becky, a postgraduate Education student. I’m really excited to be your DST Secretary this year, after getting involved with all sorts of theatrical escapades over the last few years. My role includes managing all the admin for DST, including responding to emails, minuting meetings, and ensuring rooms are booked. Hi, I’m Freddy Sherwood, a second year Music student. I’m responsible for ensuring that all the DST accounts are in order and that all payments get made in time. I’m also available to theatre companies’ treasurers and to producers to provide advice on budgeting and funding opportunities. Feel free to get in contact of you have any financial queries!
Hi I’m Helena! This is my third year in Durham and I’m studying Geography and History at Hild Bede. I take care of all the technical elements of student theatre, so that’s basically everything that’s not producing, directing or acting. I run tech training sessions and workshops as well as helping everyone with their tech struggles so feel free to get in touch if you’ve got any questions!

Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m responsible for organising and facilitating DST’s workshops this year. We do a wide range of workshops over the year, and have opportunities for actors, directors, producers, technicians, artists, and so much more!

As this year’s Public Relations Officer, I’ll be organising the centralised publicity for everything going on within DST, as well as supporting our theatre companies with their publicity and liaising with our external contacts.
